https://nextstep.direct.gov.uk - a government website that has recently had a revamp
icould.com - video profiles of 1000 people
Careersbox - video profiles including those from ChemCareers 2010
For occupational profiles at particular companies you can look at specific company websites e.g.

If you are just looking to see what people do after they graduate look at this
report by Vitae or if you have absolutely no idea what you're looking for have a look at this
