I think 4.1e providing ‘outreach days for primary teachers to enable them to experience hands-on chemistry’ is an excellent idea. Operating through primary ITT providers is sensible too.

There is a huge amount that the RSC can do to raise the standing of chemistry technicians in schools. A really well-thought-out full-blooded campaign for better pay and conditions for technicians is well overdue. One way to do this would be to focus on Head Teachers and Senior Managers in schools, and tell them what everyone else seems to know, namely that technicians are worth their weight in gold.

I think 4.1e giving 'effort days for essential educators to empower them to encounter hands-on science' is a magnificent thought. Working through essential ITT suppliers is sensible as well. assignment writing
