Metoprolol Tartrate is a cardioselective β-adrenergic receptor blocker with IC50 of 42 ng/mL. What's your application on this chemical?

From what I know, Metoprolol is used to treat high blood pressure which helps to prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. It is also used to treat chest pain and to improve survival after a heart attack.
