Policy update: International chemistry survey reveals scale of Brexit concernWe surveyed nearly 5,800 chemical scientists about their views on mobility, research funding and chemicals regulation in the event of a no-deal Brexit. Our thought leadership piece briefly outlines our position and our community’s views, and there’s more detail in the briefing paper we shared with MPs ahead of a series of votes on a no-deal Brexit in Parliament.A big thank you to everyone who responded to the survey, helping us to inform our policy positions and discussions with policymakers. We are already using the evidence from the survey to advise MPs and Civil Servants and will do more of this.
We welcome any feedback you have on what you would like included in this newsletter; please email any suggestions to networks@rsc.org.Please feel free to encourage other members of your committee to read the Networks Newsletter blog. Kind regards,The Networks Team
