The RSC publishes the top journal in the Microfluidics and Lab on a Chip field, yet doesn't have an interest group for people working in this area. There are groups in analytical chemistry that are relevant for aspects or applications of microfluidics, but nothing that covers all the aspects of chemistry used in microfluidics, whether that's material, analytical, biochemistry, or any of the multitude of others. I want to start one, but I need 50 members of the RSC to express support. If you're a member of the RSC involved in microfluidics/lab on a chip, or know someone who is, please let me know or pass the message on.
