Design of Experiments for Chemists

Design of Experiments for Chemists

Can anyone recommend a good Design of Experiments course (and software package) which is geared towards process chemists? I've had a look and what I can find looks like it's more aimed at engineers. Cheers

Hi Nicola

Design Expert is a DoE software package for experimentalists. Also JMP has a DoE module in it along with other stas functions.

Best

I think that the Design of Experiments for Chemists is a very important tool in the field of chemistry. It is a way for chemists to determine if the results of their experiments are reliable and accurate. You should also visit https://masterbundles.com/templates/presentations/powerpoint/law/ source to access free templates. This book gives a short introduction to the design of experiments and explains how it can be used in the laboratory. It also gives an overview of all the different types of designs, both qualitative and quantitative.
