Improve Your Understanding of Wellbeing and Resilience Workshops

The Chemists' Community Fund are running two workshops entitled 'Improve Your Understanding of Wellbeing and Resilience' in early 2018 in London (Thursday 25th January 2018) and Newcastle (Thursday 22nd February). 

​These events are free and open to all Members of the RSC. The speaker we have lined up is Trevor Bell, who has already worked with a number of Benevolent Funds and was awarded the Platinum Award by Mental Health England. 
 
The Course Programme includes:
- What is mental health?
- Stigma associated with this subject
- Looking after your own mental health
- Risk factors within society 
- Early signs of common mental health issues
- How to help and support someone - Five step approach
- Non-judgemental listening
- Protective factors

Due to an overwhelming demand the Chemists' Community Fund are holding another Wellbeing and Resilience Workshop at Burlington House on Wednesday 7th February. Please note that we are likely to fill this event soon, if you would like to book a place please email benfund@rsc.org asap.

The way I see it, the key to your good wellbeing is your state of health, which should be constantly monitored, tested in private clinics or laboratories to be able to identify early on diseases that may affect wellbeing.

I completely agree with the user above. The way I see it, the foundation of your well-being is first and foremost whether you are healthy or not, because a healthy person is always able to achieve their goals, travel and just enjoy life. In order to always stay healthy, I get tested regularly in this lab https://numberonelab.com/ to check my overall health and make sure I am not sick with anything. I hope my answer helps you!
